Winshare Thermal is an outstanding heat sink manufacturer in the South China area. Our main products include high power aluminum extruded heat sinks, skived fin heat sinks, water-cooled heat sinks and relevant components. As the New Year is approaching, we have received more and more orders and our administrative personnel is mobilizing with all our employees' strength to work overtime for productions so as to ensure on-time deliveries for all of the orders.

　　In order to cope with the production pressure due to the increasing amount of orders by the end of the Year, Winshare Thermal has been fully mobilizing our labors and has included our office clerks into the production lines of aluminum extruded heat sinks and cold plates. Based on the editors' understanding, the shortage of manpower mainly occurred at the packing line. Therefore, all of the office clerks have been actively cooperating with the packing tasks for aluminum extruded heat sinks, skived fin heat sinks, and water-cooled heat sinks. Moreover, in addition to the strengthened coordination on the production stages, we also carried out sufficient coordination and predictions on the ordering and stocking up of raw materials and packing materials along with the logistics and customs. Though in tension, every critical element from the incoming raw materials to the shipment of final products moved on in sequence so as to ensure smooth deliveries. At the moment, the communication and reconciliation have gone well with the major customers and everything is produced as planned. We expect the first half of Jan. 2017 to be a peak shipping season.
